Scale Models - F-22A Raptor

Been trying to finish an Italeri F-22A in 1/72 scale. I've pretty much completed assembling it and two days ago I started painting it. First the control surface edges, antennas and sensors with neutral gray FS36270 which is a close match to the photos I have and waited for it to dry. Today I thought I'd mask it and start painting that special metallic color camo scheme the raptors have but alas, I find out I forgot to paint the surface forward of the refueling receptacle with neutral gray too. Oh well, add another 2-3 days to the process >:(. Here's a pic comparing the real one and the model with the area I mention painted.
